we asked nate what he wanted to be for halloween the other day. he said a pirate, then we reminded him he was a pirate last year. so he said he wanted to be a ghost pirate (thank you scooby doo!) and i said we could probably make that happen.
then we remembered the darth vader costume we got from gigi for christmas last year, and the helmet from aunt lisa for his birthday, and we all got way too excited...
oh.my.god. but the video...oh the video. he takes out aaron in the end, ruthless bastard.
aaron and i even toyed with the idea of dressing up as count dooku and as ventress, but no one will know ventress. maybe i can be the emperor. regardless, nate will have 4 different occasions to wear a halloween costume this year and there will be many laughs and several hundred pictures for sure.
Do you want to go trick-or-treating together again this year? Darth Vader can escort Dorothy and a flower.

Nate Darth is too cute! Just last night John John was telling me that Star Wars is his favorite, but he doesn't like Darth Vader because he is bad! Too funny!
